After the items in your order have been picked and packed, our safety trained dedicated delivery drivers will start the delivery process. At EasyBins, the person who pick is different than the person who delivers.
To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend—
- Leave your front porch light on
- Make sure your house or apartment address is clearly visible
- Leaving helpful instructions for parking, gate codes, or other clues to find your home.
Driver can’t find your location
If the delivery driver can’t find your location, they have backup troubleshooting methods to determine your location. These include access to local GIS property boundaries and parcel names along with real estate databases. In almost all cases this fixes the problem and the order is correctly delivered. However, from time to time we find that our drivers are unable to locate a house, this often happens with very new locations that are not yet mapped.
When a customers delivery address can’t be found the order is returned to our warehouse, you will receive a text message indicating its delayed and delivered before 10am after we make contact to confirm the location.
Wrong address on order
Place an order and realize too late that it’s headed to the wrong address? Please contact us as email@example.com and we'll correct the address before it goes out for delivery.
